My partner needed a police statement from Indonesia for a civil aviation security screening. For the fingerprints, we contacted Van Kappel Security. We were able to get in quickly and they helped us very kindly and well. She made 2 copies for us. 1 for ourselves and 1 to send to a law firm in Indonesia who could take care of things for us there on the spot. We were skeptical if this would all work out but now that we have received the police statement back approved, I can only look back with satisfaction at how Van Kappel Security helped us.

I called and was immediately given a friendly explanation and was soon able to make an appointment to have the necessary FBI fingerprints taken. The explanation on their website to do the accompanying FBI application is very clear and helps to go through the procedure quickly. I was welcomed very kindly and professionally at their office for fingerprinting. Afterwards, the entire FBI background check application was soon shepherded and arrived at the FBI 3 days later.
